Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Policy


Quick Summary:

  • NOTE: ALL returned items subject to professional inspection/confirmation.
  • Yes, we accept returns in the same condition as received. (undamaged by the customer.)
  • No RMA required. Your enclosed, detailed, note is your RMA!
  • All returns must be received within 30 days after shipment.
  • Refunds Over $50.00: Subject to a 20% restock fee.
  • Returns (again, within 30 days) for store credit gets you 100% credit.  No restock fee.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • Allow 2 weeks after mailing back your exchange before calling us.

Our Warranty

We offer a 30 day Warranty on all A Stock,  and New items.  This warranty guarantees that the product is as described and with phones and tablet’s that it also functions and is able to activate on the respective network we guaranteed it for.  On some New items we will redirect you to the manufacturer’s more expansive warranty on item.  As described above our warranty guarantees arriving condition and functionality, it does not cover the item being used and damaged in any way.


You are responsible for providing us a correct shipping address. We will not re-send your order for free if you gave us the wrong address.  We do check every USA address for validity with the post office.  But it only gets red flagged if you type in an invalid address, not if you type in your neighbor’s valid address.  In fact go to USPS.COM right now just to be sure.

Businesses:  Always include the suite number even if you never really use it,  We need it to validate your address and ship your order ASAP.


When your item will ship:  Each listing we carry lists the time-frame that your item will ship out from our facility.  Majority of our items will ship in 0-2 Business Days, in fact if they are in stock when you order we will ship the same day as long as order is in before 4pm PDT.   Because of the large variety of items we offer we can not guarantee every item to be in stock at all times, but if it’s out we currently have restock en route.  If it takes longer than 3 Business Days for your item to ship we will automatically upgrade you to expedited shipping at no cost to you.  Refer to your items listing to get your guaranteed ship by date.

If you paid for priority mail (which should be 2-3 days in US) and it arrives in 2-4 weeks, take it up with your local post office, not us please. This seems to happen about .5% of time during the year and maybe 5% of the time during the Christmas season.

Website credits:

To avoid a restock fee within 15 days you can choose a 100% store credit* that doesn’t expire. Returned items arriving at our facility from 16-30 days after shipment will automatically receive a 100% store credit* that doesn’t expire. ALL refund/credit items are contingent upon professional inspection that the returned item is in good, resaleable condition with original box, papers etc.

Domestic Returns

If you need a return or an exchange please contact us via our email at and we will walk you through the process.  Exchanges if judged to be warranted are done at no cost to you.  Returns incur a 20% restocking fee.  If take return in credit get 100% of original purchase amount as credit and no restocking fee is deducted.
